A: Our main artwork is Embroidery and SublimationPrinting. We own the whole complete sublimation and Embroideryequipments. We also accept Silk Screen Printing, Heat Transfer Printing and Applique.
Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: For sublimation order, MOQ is 1 piece for cut and sewn order, MOQ is 20 pieces
Q: Can I mix with different designs?
A: Sure you can for sublimation but Cut and Sew must be at least 20 pieces in a style
Q: What’s your sample policy?
A: For customized samples, we will charge sample fee but we will refund it when bulk order more than 50 sets
Q: Is the mock up design free or charge?
A: Free Yes sure, please tell us your idea about the product; our designer will help you finalize the design.
Q: Can I get everything customized here?
A: Definitely yes, just kindly advise us your special demands; we’ll get the job done.
Q: What’s your lead time (delivery time)?
A: Sublimation printing sample: 7 days
Bulk order 10-150 pieces: 10 days
151-300 pieces: 15 days
301-600 pieces: 21 days
601-1000 pieces: 25 days

Q: How do you deal with rush order (within 8 days)?
A: We accept rush order, 20-50% rush fee needs to be added for worker’s overwork.
Q: Which payment terms can you accept?
A: We normally accept T/T (bank transfer), Western Union. 50% deposit prior to production, balance to be paid before shipping.
