It is the policy of Ehsan Bashir Industry to provide the meal / prayer break with the consent of workers, timing is
as follows:
From Saturday to Thursday 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm
For Friday 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Note: Sunday is a rest day (Holiday)

Overtime Policy
It is the policy of Ehsan Bashir Industry that not to force any worker to do overtime. If company requires the
workers to do overtime then company shall get the consent of workers priory. Overtime hours and payment shall
be made as per labor law and workplace standard guidelines.
